Last updated: November 7, 2026. This policy explains how ZeeTheme employs local storage and cookies strictly to authenticate accounts and maintain interface preferences.
1. Zero Visitor Tracking Guarantee
In alignment with decision record DEC-032, ZeeTheme enforces a strict Zero Visitor Tracking policy. We do not use third-party tracking pixels, behavioral fingerprinting scripts, surveillance tools, or cross-site advertising networks.
2. Strictly Necessary Client Storage
Our website uses only functional technologies essential for service operation:
- Authentication Sessions: Secure tokens provided by our Supabase infrastructure to keep your account signed in across dashboard sessions and organization workspaces.
- Theme and UI Preferences: Local storage values remembering your selected color mode (light or dark) and reading progress on documentation tutorials.
- Currency Display: A local preference setting displaying catalog pricing in your preferred currency (USD, INR, or EUR).
3. Third-Party Infrastructure Services
When conducting commercial transactions or interacting with media, specialized infrastructure processors are engaged:
- Dodo Payments & Razorpay: During checkout, our merchants of record process payment details over secure SSL connections. We do not store raw credit card details on our servers.
- Cloudflare R2: Encrypted object storage handles WordPress distribution archives and preview assets securely.
4. Managing Browser Storage
You can configure your web browser to block or alert you about cookies. If you disable strictly necessary authentication cookies, you will not be able to log in to your customer dashboard or access licensed Kinetiq workspaces.
5. Inquiries and Contact
If you have questions regarding client storage or our data minimization practices, reach out to our team at hello@zeetheme.com.
