Last updated: November 7, 2026. This policy states the actual data collection and processing activities performed by the ZeeTheme web application and Kinetiq cloud synchronization services.
1. The Zero Visitor Tracking Guarantee
ZeeTheme makes a contractual public promise of Zero Visitor Tracking (decision record DEC-032). We do not profile, fingerprint, or surveil end users or visitors of this website, of ZeeTheme-powered WordPress installations, or of the Kinetiq synchronization protocol.
Concretely, this platform ships:
- No cross-site trackers — nothing on this site follows you to other websites.
- No third-party analytics pixels or behavioral surveillance scripts of any kind.
- No advertising networks, ad SDKs, or data-broker integrations inside our runtime environment.
2. Strictly Necessary Processing
The only client-state technologies this site uses are strictly necessary for operation and are disclosed here in full:
- Authentication cookies and session tokens that keep you signed in to your customer account, dashboard, and organization workspace.
- License verification pings from activated WordPress installations, carrying the disclosed minimal license, update, and seat metadata required to honor a commercial entitlement.
- Minimal operational and security evidence — request error logs and webhook delivery records — retained only to operate and defend the service.
Necessary disclosed license, update, and seat metadata is distinct from visitor browsing analytics: the former exists to serve your contract, the latter does not exist here at all.
3. Account and Authentication Data
When creating an account or logging in, authentication credentials (email addresses, hashed credentials, and session tokens) are processed securely through our Supabase authentication infrastructure. We maintain session state necessary to grant access to authorized customer organizations and administrative workspaces.
4. Media and Asset Storage
Files uploaded through our media endpoints are stored in encrypted Cloudflare R2 object storage buckets. Uploaded assets are associated with the authenticated account or organization and are retained to facilitate WordPress distribution packages and template preview assets.
5. Organization, Subscription, and Support Records
For organizations with commercial entitlements or team members, we store membership rosters, role allocations (Owner, Admin, Member, Billing), and merchant transaction references generated by our billing processors. We do not store raw payment card numbers on our infrastructure. When you open a support ticket, we store the conversation you write; internal staff notes are segregated and are never exposed to customers, search, or exports.
6. Contact Inquiries
Inquiries submitted through our contact form or sent directly to hello@zeetheme.com are validated on the server, protected by an anti-spam honeypot whose bot submissions are silently discarded, and delivered to the studio desk. Contact inquiries are never persisted in a database and never enter analytics.
7. Cloud Synchronization and Data Retention
Active Kinetiq accounts sync client pattern definitions and brand tokens. If a verification trial expires without activation, remote synchronization freezes and stored cloud state is retained for 90 days before purges occur, during which local copies within your WordPress installations remain functional.
8. Data Rights and Privacy Contact
Account holders may review, update, or request the deletion of their personal account records at any time. Direct all data requests and privacy inquiries to our official studio desk at hello@zeetheme.com.
9. Policy Review Status
This policy is provided for review and has not been approved by counsel. Formal updates reflecting evolving operational capabilities will be published with explicit revision notes.
