1. The Fourteen-Day Covenant
Initial purchases of commercial software licenses and Kinetiq cloud synchronization tiers carry a full money-back guarantee valid for 14 calendar days from the transaction date (decision record DEC-028). Refund requests may be submitted directly through the self-service purchases ledger in your customer dashboard or by opening a billing ticket or emailing our desk at hello@zeetheme.com. Account, billing, and refund recovery assistance never requires an active paid entitlement.
2. Revocation Consequences
When a full refund is granted, cloud synchronization entitlements are revoked together with commercial update access for the refunded purchase. Your WordPress client files — previously exported themes, blocks, patterns, and templates — remain fully functional on your own servers; we never disable shipped output as a refund consequence. Partial billing adjustments or credit allocations do not revoke operational access.
3. Renewal Cycles and Grace Periods
Voluntary cancellation of an active subscription takes effect at the conclusion of the prepaid billing cycle. In the event of a failed automatic renewal payment, accounts receive a seven-day grace period to update payment details before remote cloud synchronization features are frozen.
4. Items Not Specified at This Stage
In adherence to our honest disclosure standards, we clarify terms that remain unfinalized:
- Specific payment processor transfer windows vary by provider and domestic banking rail; we do not publish fixed processing day counts.
- Extended multi-tier arbitration procedures are not defined prior to formal corporate review.
- Long-term post-retention archival schedules beyond the standard 90-day trial window remain subject to technical finalization.
5. Policy Review Status
